The Ivy League gave a presentation at Kennedy High during Rudy’s Freshman year and in that presentation he heard about the high school experimental physics summer program and knew he needed to apply. Rudy is very interested in Physics so this will be a very good experience for him.
Rudy applied this year to the IVY League because they give the scholarship that makes it possible for him to take advantage of this amazing opportunity. He applied here at Kennedy High School with the help of Ms. Munos and other staff members. With their help his application was completed in an accurate and timely manner. Around 2 weeks later Rudy went to an interview with the Ivy League and was accepted.
About 2 weeks later Rudy applied to the actual university; he received his acceptance letter a week ago.
As explained to Rudy this is a 3 week program that will teach all of the students that attend about physics, in the classroom and in the lab, which in turn will prepare them for college.
The IT ACADEMY WISHES RUDY GREAT SUCCESS IN THIS PROGRAM and look forward to hear from him on his return.
Good Luck Rudy
